After four years between several European countries, I've become a remote believer. I've seen in Stakha the distributed company that will change our working habits for a more inclusive and fair environment for tech talent.
I decided to launch Stakha in order to change the way we work: I'm a remote believer. I'm passionate about tech and hiring: my mission is to help teams hire better and faster.
Passionate about sourcing, IT, and psychology, I decided to join Stakha to combine my passions while working fully-remote. The leitmotif that "being a candidate is not a job" drives me, and I think that our added value lies, as recruiters, in understanding that we are the candidate.
I'm an engineering student studying my masters at ECE Paris. I work at Stakha as a UX/UI intern and am responsible for designing our entire website.
I am passionate about technology and helping people secure their dream jobs! Technology is transforming everything we do and is super exciting. I see remote working as the future - it allows excellent work life balance and the flexibility to have a fantastic career whilst not being tied to one location.
I am very curious, passionate about recruitment, and interested in the Tech industry. Joining Stakha was evident to me. Living in the French countryside, I believe in remote work. I am not just looking for jobs for candidates from anywhere in Europe, but I want to support them in their careers.
Happiness at work is a recurrent topic. Managing personal and professional life in the smoothest way possible has always been one of my main concerns. I found in Stakha the possibility to work efficiently in full-remote while dedicating quality time to my family. I'm so glad to help candidates find the best job from the place they cherish the most.
Ps: Besides recruitment, I love football, art, South America and good wine.
